If you are gettin this error while inside the application it may simply be a user timeout. If the mesage pops up after you have been inactive or left a report running unattended for some time then it is likely that you are automatically set to disconnect after X minutes. You can change this in your user settings config.
If you are getting it from the AOS servers when you try to log in then there is probably some database connectivity or space issue Which has caused the server to timeout.
