If you have access to the services packs, there are change logs included with each one.
MBS officially only supports the most current two service packs, which at this moment is SP4 and SP5. They will assist some with SP3, but it is getting to the point where they won't support it anymore. Between SP3 and SP4 Inventory Management is one area that under went a lot of changes and rewriting of the functionality. For example the Inventory Closing function in SP3 had a major hotfix issued for it (IC_Rollup) that was rolled into SP4. Another area that significant changes and updates were added between SP's was in the tax area, particularly with 1099 functionality. Hope that helps!
