Hi Faiqa, You can enlarge the string width of Ledger Account through AccountNum Extended Data Type ( I don't know whether Gread Plains use the same concept of EDT or not - never use it). It is converted into varchar data type in the physical database which means you can set it to maxium of 8000 characters width as documented in SQL server ( CMMIW).
