Hi, In invoice register (Accounts Payable->Journal->Invoice register), the apporved by is required for the posting of the journal. It is not defaulted with the user who has logged in. i do not know if i am missing any setup. If do not enter the employee and try to validate register and you will get emp is not specified. I am talking of this emp to get defaulted as per the users who has logged in.
