Hi, I have gone through ur serial number issue.Please ensure that,item number sequence shall be in Auto enable.IM-->setup-->numbersequence-->itemnuber-->On number,right click and go to main table---> general tab-->Enable Auto After this u try to create a P.O and start registration..and check Bye
