Hi, This is the setup: We have two boxes - one has the application and AOS and the other one is used for the database. Both these machines are under the same domain. (A seperate domain was created and these machines added to them).
Installation of DAX4.01 went on without any errors and so did SQL. But when we tried to start the AOS after installation, it was not connecting to the SQL machine. In the AOS logon property, the Network Services has been set as the username. The event viewer message was that there was no account for 'Anonymous Logon' in the SQL machine. Went thru the documentation (AX impl guide) and it says if AOS and SQL are sitting on two different machines, then within SQL you should have the domain\computername$ assigned to the database, and also the AOS machine should have 'security admin' rights on the SQL machine. Both these were done without any success. Has anyone come across this error? Thanks.
