1) Bank account in USD 2) Company account in EUR 3) In Bank account, balance button on the right hand side will show us the balance in currency 4) The Balance control button on the right hand side will show us the balance amount in company currency 5) Exchange rate will be different from time to time 6) If we debit USD100 with exchange rate 1.3 is equal to EUR130 7) If we credit USD100 with exchange rate 1.2 is equal to EUR120 8) So the balance in currency will be USD 0, but the balance control in company currency will EUR10 9) Axapta 3 Service Pack 5
I have run GL - exchange adjustment. System will adjust EUR10 to Forex loss account in GL. However the bank balance control accounts still shows EUR10. How do we clear the amount of EUR10 in the bank account? Thanks and regards
