Hi, When i try to use the map option under inquiry option in the customer screen it gives me the following error.
Method 'NewMap' in COM object of class 'IMappointCtrl' returned error code 0x800A400E (<unknown>) which means: MapPoint North America can't run because it is not registered on your system, or it can't be found. Install MapPoint North America and try again. I have map point 2004 installed in my machine. Did anybody encounter similar error? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Steph
