Hi Vishal,
If you give print archive option, the print job is saved in the Print
archive table in Dynamics AX. You can see in the Print archive form from
Basic--> Setup-->PrintArchive. From here you can preview and print no of times.
If you select the check box save print archive option only through
Print dialog form, It will not print your reports to the Report. Hope you are
using Dynamics AX 4.0 SP1.
