The other rumor is that Ax V.5 will only have workflow functionality in PO & SO.
I would advise all interested to look at Circon Workflow for Ax. Brilliant piece of software. Rule based workflow inside Ax using X++. It supports native Ax, Microsoft Outlook as well as web Portal user interfaces. Contact me if you need detail info or contact details of the guys at Circon. Most partners use Add ons for workflow there are a couple of good products available ( including WWF from MS).
