Hi Siva,

Here it looks like the assert() method called for checking the access
permissions is being called multiple times. Try using
CodeAccess::revertAssert() after completing each assertion.

This code is related to permissions checking and is a part of security
framework incorporated in 4.0. This could be one of the problems. Also while
creating the alert rule did you specify which email template to use to send
mail.
