Hi Rupal,

1. Difference between project and budget: A project is a sequence / collection
of various task under one heading, and a budget can be done against a Project.
using froecasting in Axapta against the project.
2. Any TVserial can be defined as the Project. whenever you have expenses, then
those expense can be posted as expense / cost against the Project. You can
define the forecast against the project also and in this way, you can compare
the budget vs actual expense.
3. For scheduling purpose, you have to define the scheduling agsinst the work
centre. Production unit / resources should be defined as the work cnetre. and
whenever the time is spent by these resources, this can be shown as consumed /
utlized hours against the project.
4. For creation of inventory, Project does not support the things in proper way
for evaluation process. For that productiuon is a better way.
