Actually, you track time through Shop Floor Control. You can use it for tracking productive and non-productive time. You can even tie it to barcoding. The time tracking feature in Shop Floor Control can hit the Project modules if you are tracking projects. Also, you can access this through the Enterprise Portal, so you don't have to pay full user licenses for just tracking time.
