We have an odd issue. We have 2 employees when they try to clock in or out they receive this error: Method 'SendMail' in COM object of class 'Dundas.mailer' returned error code 0x80004005 (E_FAIL) which means: The socket connection failed. It only happens on these 2 employee numbers and the error occurs only for these 2 employees on any pc. All other employees work as normal with no error. To make things worse if we create a new employee number we receive the above error too. I know the error has to do with emailing but cant see how it relates to employees clocking in and out.
