Hi We are using Axapta 3.0 and AtlasXL 3.5 for the financial report and journal entry. Recently we are having the problem with the AtlasXL login problem. >From the AtlasXL trace, we got the following area.
06:21:15:323|**************Error***************** 06:21:15:323|getLedgerTotalAccounts 06:21:15:323|Index was outside the bounds of the array. 06:21:15:323| at Atlas35.QueryTable.getLedgerTotalAccounts(String [,] ranges, TotalAccounts[]& totalAccounts) at Atlas35.AxaptaBase.getLedgerTotalAccounts(String tableName) at Atlas35.AxaptaDriver.defaultCompanyDetails() THis problem comes at a sudden. If we reload the LedgerTableInterval table from the previous day backup which has less records, then the AtlasXL can be successfully log in. No change on the Chart of Account is done. We are guessing the AtlasXL processing has added the record to the LedgerTableInterval table. I have send the support request to AtlasXL but no feedback. THe support is really poor. Can anybody advice what could be the problem? best regards, George
