There aren't any related classes for this form. There are 8 menu items that are used to open this form. Each Menu Item has different enum values which are interpreted in the init method on the form. This is used to make fields visible or not as well as building the query for the form. The values on the menu items could be viewed as the major inputs. When the form opens a query is defined and run to pull back the related transactions.
