Hi,
If you are sending any document then it will only have 'Destination end point',
'Channel' will be blank. You can check the error on Queue Manager --> General
tab & then try to rectify the error.

i have followed all the steps but its still not working & in queue
manager form i am seeing that the channels field is empty.it means it
is not picking up the channel but referng to document all steps are
complete.
channel id,name,adapter, directions, addresses are all defined but still
not working so any idea what could be the misiiing link.
