Hi,
In the Implementation guide:
Version support
Upgrade to Microsoft Dynamics AX 4.0 must be from Microsoft Axapta 3.0 with or
without one of the service packs.
Because data dictionary changes, and as a consequence DEL_ prefixed tables and
fields, are typical from one version to the next, you cannot skip a full
version when you upgrade.
