Hi Ravi,
This "underdelivery" and "OverDelivery" will work only if you try to short
close the purchase order. That means if these are unchecked, than system will
not allow the user to perform the "UnderDelivery / OverDelivery" .
But system will allow the user to do the partial receipt, as vendor may be
sending the material in partial shipments from his end.
If your requirement is that "system should allow only one single receipt / No
partial receipt", then there is option named "Complete" on PO lines.
If at any of the PO line, this complete check box is ticked, then it means
system will not allow the user to receive partial qty against that specific PO
line.

If i create a purchase order of 100 items and overdelivery and underdelivery
both are unchecked and on reference tab i have mentioned 0.00
for both underdelivery and over delivery. Yet i am able to generated packing
slip of 80 items which shouldn't have happened.
Kindly give me solution of above problem.
