You might want to run check/synchronize ( with index checked ) on all 
the modules?. Normally if you have data that does not match to that 
of indexes we run in this kind of issues.

or did you move any code recently ( app ) as sometimes if the ax 
tables are 'in use' by some other tools ( such as DW real time 
replciation ) , we will also get this kind of issues.
