Hi everyone, In my case I need to change the statues of the sales order in AX 4.0 to be held or something like that, from being considered in master planning.
Ex. Item X Customer Y Sales Order Z Customer Y made an order Z for item X with Qty of 1000, problem happened with Customer Y that should prevent him from taking his item X, when running master planning with regeneration option, I don't want item X to be appeared in the planned production orders!! Is it possible to held the order, the item or the customer from being appeared in the planned production orders, so I won't put it in the production plan. Please any help would be very appreciated, thanks Alaa Assem
