[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] Installation assembly with GAC

I'm trying to use dll file after registering it with axapta 4.0 but 
while installing assembly with global assembly cache it is throwing 
error:
Failure adding assembly to the cache:Attempt to install an assembly 
without a strong name
