Hi, What are the set ups to be done to generate an e-mail alert?? I have configured the following : 1. Basic->SetUp->Alerts ->AlertParameters 2. Basic ->Email Templates 3.then finally Basic ->Periodic ->Change Based Alerts
But e-mail is not sent. I checked in Administration ->periodic ->Email Processing ->Email Sending Status. The status is Waiting. Any idea??? -- Best Regards, Anitha Eswaran.
