[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] Position groups in Ax 2009

Hi All,
In ax 2009 HRM how can we have position groups.
My scenario is:
Position group: Manager.
Position: Admin manager, Finance manager etc.

In Ax 4.0 if I want to give benefits to all managers I can map them through 
their positions groups.But in Ax 2009 how can I map this scenario.
