Dear Ali Jawad Go to User Groups Permission / Select the Group that belong to the particular user / Then Select Permission
In Security rights option select General Ledger / Daily / Chart of accounts / Ledger Chart of Accounts and select "Ledger Account" In this option you can provide all the rights for the ledger account....
