The trigger for the KPI information to appear is the use of the new 'ledger account categories' field on the Chart of Accounts table. It uses predefined reference ids to associate your COA to the system defined accounting KPIs. You must map these reference ids to each account number you set up in the COA to produce information to the KPI display.

Experts, We are using Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009. We have configured MS SQL Analysis Services and MS SQL Reporting Services. We have started posting data from Jan 1st 2009 but still we are unable to see any changes in the dash boards either for KPI's and Bar Charts. Can anyone please suggest what could be the reason(s) behind this. thanks
