Hi, First of all you need to configure your outlook profile to current user id (User Id should be mapped to employee).
To configure the profile in AX go to Basic -> Setup -> Microsoft Office Outlook (CRM -> Setup -> Microsoft Office Outlook is alternate path) and run the wizard there. You can also setup the paramters and other information. After setting this you can synchronize your appointments, tasks and contacts with Outlook.
