Possible cause #1:
The batch server defined for running the upgrade job is not running.
Solution: Open the Server configuration form (Administration > Setup > Server
configuration) . Verify that Is Batch Server is marked for the AOS instance
that is running the upgrade.
Possible cause #2:
The DataUpgrade batch group is not a selected group for the AOS instance that
is running the ugprade.
Solution: Open the Server configuration form (Administration > Setup > Server
configuration) . On the Batch server groups tab, verify that DataUpdate batch
group is listed in the Selected groups list.
