Hi,
You add a field called Document status(which is an Enum with all possible
workflow status vlaues) to purchase order form., based on different actions
update the field i.e from draft status to approved status.and based on the
value of the field..enable/disable the posting buttons.

Hi All,
I have a requirement wherein I have to develop workflow for Purchase Orders
(i.e. purchase order Form).
I have so far completed the template development and the workflow approval
transitions works fine.
The problem is: the condition that all posting buttons should be enabled only
when the workflow status is Approved.
Plz help.
