1- it is not logic to add Freight charges after the S.O is invoice updated, so you will not found any misc. Charges update on SO after invoice update But if the case you want to add the freight to the item cost, you can update it on the PO invoice, from misc charge adjustment Else you can use free text invoice to record this transaction.
