[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] Error on Row update on Grid control - EP form.

Hi folks,

I am getting an error message:
             "Could not find a record matching the Provided Key"
   when i try to save a newly created record or when i update record.

it wil be really helpful if u guys help in finding the standard set of events 
to be called or if any solution before the Insert or Update option on the grid 
of the EP Form.
