DCO (SharePoint services/Server) licence is not available for purchase under 
the Business Essentials edition. You would need to opt for the Advanced 
Management licence.

thanks for the reply. Just I need to clarify what u meant by additional users, 
do u mean additional to the number of AX licensed users?? so if we have a 50 
user license then any additional number of users will need DCO license?
