[Axapta-Knowledge-Village] SalesCreateOrder lookup on CustAccount

In the forms salesCreateOrder and purchCreateOrder the lookup on Custaccount / 
vendaccount opens automatically. With some users these auto-lookups collide.
When they click the lookup button the lookup stays open.
Any ideas?
