Hi George,

Ok, go to the Vendor main table (AP>Common forms>VendorDetails) and click
"Balance" so you can see the $40, then indentify the transactions that make the
$40 balance. After that click "Transaction" from the "Vendor details" then
search the transactions that make the balance $40 and in some TAB search the
field: "APROVE" and if the check box its in blank thats the reason so now you
just only to mark the checkbox and that's all, now see the Balance and
opentransactions and I HOPE you can see it...

Regards,

Asunto: [Axapta-Knowledge-Village] Inconsistency - Vendor Balance and Open
Transactions

Greetings

We have just encountered a very, very unusual scenario.

The Vendor Balance is approximately $40, while Open Transactions is zero!

This appears to be a consistency problem – analogous with having Inventory On
Hand not matching the sum of the Inventory Transactions total.

Is there a feature similar to Consistency Check that will synchronise balances
on both tables.  Is there a feature that will analyse the integrity of the Open
Transactions table, and adjust balances as required?

My feeling is that we would seek to retain Vendor Transactions and adjust Open
Transactions to match.

TIA
George
