Let me see if I have understood your issue correctly - you want to print PO from Posting button -> Purchase order option but it is not available to you. And you want to print the delivered quantities only, right?
1. Select a PO line and use Functions>Deliver remainder to increase the qty with 1 piece. The purpose of this is to "unlock" the Posting>Purchase order option 2. Use Posting>Purchase order to print the PO. You must select "Packing slip" in the Quantity field to print the delivered qty only. 3. Now you can go back to the PO line and use Functions>Deliver remainder to cancel the qty that you added in step 1. Let me know if that works for you.
