As far as I know I can answer this:

The priority is basic drivers, like touchscreen, video, sound, wifi,
bluetooth, and so.

The difference with the iPaq's is that each pda has a starting memory
address and (correct me if i'm wrong) we don't know the starting address
of the memory in the x51(v) and it seems that with WM5 the memory
addressment is different than on WM2003.
