  Yep, stale comments are pretty misleading ;-)

  Familiar 0.8.4 is too old for recent kernels. Last kernel version which
booted Familiar GPE for me was 2.6.18 (OPIE did boot with .19). I
guess, you really could cooperate/use work of Patrick Steiner who
works on adding aximx50 support to OE.dev in the meantime.

  Let's just hope that next version of Familiar will pick up all our
devices (my h4000 waits in queue too).
