Hi SquirmN,
you can enable a log feature of haret:
Create a file "earlyharetlog.txt" in the same directory as "haret.exe".
Then run haret.exe - a file "haretlog.txt" should be created in the same
directory.
Post this File in this mailinglist.
Or, you could try another SD Card but i don't think this should be the
error.
regards,
patrick

Patrick (and others),
Thanks for the effort you and the group have put into making the
50/51's run Linux. I've been trying for the last couple of days to get
Linux to boot on my device, but have had very little success. I've
read through a number of the posts trying to gleam some helpful hints.
Those that I did find I've tried...including:
1. Enabling Mirror Mode
2. WiFi and/or Bluetooth (in various configurations)
3. Soft/Hard resets.
So, how far have I gotten actually gotten? Answer:
1. An SD card with a 10Mb FAT16 and a 900+Mb Ext2 partition. Each
partition contains the prerequisite files as laid out within the
Read-Me file.
2. Opening HaRET on my Device.
What Happens? Answer:
* Nothing /seems/ to happen when I run the "default.txt" file from
within HaRET.
I'm willing to try any suggestions that you or the group have. Below
you will find some of the details about my Axim:
* Model = x51v
* ROM Version = A12 (06200600)
* SD Card = 1GB SanDisk Ultra II (FAT16 and Ext2 partitions)
Thanks,
SquirmN
