By tha way: Is there a possibility for AXIOM to interact with external
C-functions via a sort of wrapper?
Given that AXIOM is in some way connected to Aldor the following link

I am however not really sure whether the connection works if the code is
compiled to LISP (as it must for AXIOM). Is there someone who knows?
