be editable by everyone, but I also realized that sometimes I am asked
for a password even if I entered a "Reason for change". But fortunately,
I have a password.

Sorry, last time when I tried to update wiki (different page) it
did not work -- I typed in all that silly info which 'preferences'
want to gather but it still did not work.
