Arthur, I just got a chance to test your axserver.pamphlet. It worked like a charm. Nice job. The only missing thing was a failing request for /favicon.ico which I'll fix. It needs a bit of work to make it more robust in the face of failures but the basic functionality works and the mathml display from axiom is pretty.
I'll look at what it takes to add it to the system. I'm also going to construct a series of test cases for it so they can be added to the test suite.
