Sigh. So you don't read the mailing lists. However, you'll remember that Axiom was clobbered by the newer install on the windows platform. At minimum, since they both try to use the AXIOM shell variable, as opposed to a more rational OPENAXIOM and FRICAS shell variable they certainly collide.
