Google can find the items given the information available so the "book" template should be fine.
There are references that never saw the light of day and which I have the only known paper copies. For example, the Axiom book was originally authored by Christine Sundarason as a proto-users guide. Her name was never mentioned on the book as she had left the group by then (although she is listed in the credits in the online book). I created a "Computational Science Platform" CD at CCNY that was a bootable CD containing Axiom and Doyen. Doyen was my first attempt at a "computational mathematics platform". It was distributed at the Axiom conference I hosted at CCNY. The copies likely no longer exist except on my shelf. I created a "Rosetta" CD containing all known open source mathematics software. I distributed copies at one of the main conferences. The copies likely no longer exist except on my shelf. I gave a talk at Notre Dame a couple years ago but I don't think it was ever recorded. It was the only presentation of my work on merging Axiom and CMU Lean, merging Axiom with proofs (aka SANE meaning "rational", "coherent", "judicious" and "sound").
