Hi Adrian, I was not suggesting to recommend to set SOAPAction in every WSDL (In fact SOAPAction is typically a bad idea if you want your WSDL to be interoperable - see the WSI profile), but for the limited purpose of helping our unit tests (Axis c - Axis c) find the right service and operation it certainly possible that we are using SOAP action. So the suggestion was whether we could use SOAPAction in our unit test wsdl's (for doc lit).
The good news here is that the SOAPaction service and operation finding is already implemented and working and implementing a different mechanism (parameter/part matching which axis java employs) will take time.
