Hi Bhanu, One of the ways to temporary push measurement code into the source is of using AOP techniques. If you do not posses a metrics tool (e.g. Tools like "Rational (IBM) Visual Quantifier"). See http://www.aspectc.org/ for more info about AOP techniques.
