SSL test failing - due to SLL port not being correctly set

The SSL tests run as part of the daily build run are failing. The reason for
their failure is due to using the default HTTP port, rather than picking up the
SSL port specified with the testcase.
This has come about due to some recent changes to the framework that have
unfortunately prevented this property from being loaded.
