First of all thanks for the quick reply. I did what you suggested. I
downloaded the 2.6.22 version of libxml2 and got it compiled on my mac
+ all the tests ran perfectly. I added the LIBXML2_INCLUDE to my
environment with value /usr/include/libxml2 (on mac it's same as FC4
apparently :) ). But i get following errors:

Apparently he can't find those XML constats that are mapped to the
AXIS2 XML constants. So i guess i still need some configuration thing
right? I looked in the install manual from axis2 and it says that i
should also have LIBXML2_LIB in my environment. I'm not really sure
what kind of value i have to use here, I tried /usr/lib cuz i found
some libxml2 files there, but it's not wokring. Any suggestions?

1 . It seems that you don't have libxml library installed in your
machine. [axis2_libxml2_reader_wrapper.c:19:31: libxml/xmlreader.h:
No such file or directory ] If so please download the libxml2
library from http://www.xmlsoft.org/ and install it. If you already
have it, make sure it is in the search path of the include files
(in Linux FC4, it comes in the directory
/usr/include/libxml2/libxml/) 2. Axis2 and Guththila use their own
versions of calling conventions (AXIS2_CALL and GUTHTHILA_CALL). By
the previous patch the problem with Axis2 calling convention was
corrected, but not the guththila's calling convention. So here's
the patch for that. -

One more point. You have to set the environment variable
LIBXML2_INCLUDE=<where your libxml includes are> In my machine it is
LIBXML2_INCLUDE=/usr/include/libxml2
Then do autogen and configure.
