This JIRA contains simple changes of utils.
1. add.tar.bz contains
- axis2_properties which is equal to the java.util.Properties which can be
used to parse .properties files and its tests.
2. svn_diff
- Fixing a bug of axis2_date_time.
- adding simple string manipulation functions to axis2_string which was
useful in making the codegen tool.
