[Axis2] Updates to the developer guide

Hi,

The attached svn diff file contains some changes done to the developers guide. I did the following changes.
- Fixed some errors in the sample code in the Programming Model section
- Did some formatting changes
- Removed the system tests section as per Samisa's instructions
