The file attached implements the Canonical XML Version 1.0 and part Exclusive
XML Canonicalization version 1.0
Implementation is not complete as of yet, particularly for exc-c14n. Document
subsets and default namespaces in exc-c14n are not handled. I will send patches
for these in the near future.
